Sharee Joseph is a nationally respected education innovator, nonprofit executive, and STEM equity advocate whose work sits at the intersection of academic achievement, workforce readiness, and community transformation.
As the Founder and President of The STEM Future Foundation (TSFF), she is dedicated to providing children in under-resoucred urban and rural communities access to quality education in STEM fields.
Driven by a lifelong commitment to improving educational outcomes for underserved children, Ms. Joseph created WE ALL WIN WITH STEM! (WAWS!), the leading-edge year-round afterschool program that combines STEM education, career exploration, mentorship, and real-world exposure. Under her leadership, the program has been designed to build academic confidence, elevate student outcomes, and establish clear pathways to college, trade school, and global economy STEM careers.
Recognized for her ability to build cross-sector alliances, Ms. Joseph collaborates extensively with public agencies, school districts, private industry, and philanthropic partners to deliver measurable outcomes for students and communities. She brings a rare blend of visionary leadership, seamless execution, and advocacy expertise, making her a trusted leader in advancing equitable and scalable STEM solutions.
Ms. Joseph’s lineage is rooted in philanthropy. Her grandmother, Ms. Olivia Parks was the Co-Founder of the West Oakland Health Center. Ms. Joseph established the Olivia Parks Community Development Corporation (OPCDC) to honor Ms. Parks' commitment to helping others. Ms. Joseph served as a Board Executive of Clergy for STEM, a private lobbyist firm, a member of the Advisory Board for Veterans-TV Inc., a member of the Advisory Board of Leap S.T.E.A.M Academy School, and a member of the Jobs of Tomorrow Work Group for the CA State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
